Old Dominion Electric Cooperative has signed a long term agreement with California-based Clipper Windpower, Inc. to purchase the electricity generated by Clipper’s 70 MW Criterion Wind Energy Project under development in Garrett County, Maryland that is expected to be completed by late 2010.
