While an ETC Green site development project may result in only subtle changes to the property, owners, government agencies (for permits) and other interested parties such as neighbors want to envision how the site will appear when the work is complete. To meet this need, we generate high quality 3D models of the project sites for project visualization.

Our process includes high resolution photographs, satellite images, topographical maps, surveys and other data sources to create a 3D model of the site. We populate this model with the proposed Green Energy buildings, project specific features, hardware, etc., and calculate high resolution images and simulations on our computer array for use in printing, video and website presentations. This model can also be printed on a rapid prototype modeling device for a perfectly scaled, full color 3D representation of the proposed site.
